My stay at The Inn At Opryland was a mixed bag. The friendly staff and the clean rooms were definite highlights, while the location made it easy to explore Nashville. But the room I was in felt a bit more like a budget motel, and the amenities left something to be desired.
Rooms
6.0
I found my room to be clean, but it was located outside the main hotel, which made it feel less secure and more like a motel. Plus, the bathroom was the smallest I've ever seen, and the deadbolt didn't work properly.
Service
8.0
The staff were polite and helpful, greeting me every time I returned and addressing any concerns I had with professionalism. Their friendliness truly shone throughout my stay.
Location
9.0
The hotel's proximity to attractions like the Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills was a major plus for me. Being close to the interstate made it convenient to get around Nashville and access various restaurants.
Dining
5.0
I was a bit disappointed that there was no substantial breakfast option beyond a ‘portable’ Starbucks in the lobby, which unfortunately wasn't open early enough for me. The restaurant food was decent, but not really good.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel did have some nice amenities, like a workout room and an indoor pool, which I appreciated. However, the overall facilities felt tired and in need of improvement.

7.4/10
My stay at The Inn At Opryland had its ups and downs. While I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, and the spacious rooms were kept clean, I found the lack of amenities like guest laundry and breakfast options a bit disappointing. The location was a major plus, being so close to attractions like the Grand Ole Opry, but noise levels from events can be problematic during the day. Overall, it was a reasonable choice for a Nashville visit, though it could use some improvements.
Rooms
7.0
The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, though my original room's layout was quite odd with an outside entrance. After being relocated, my new room was comfortable and tidy.
Service
8.0
The staff were attentive and friendly throughout my stay. They even assisted me after a long night at the Opry, which was appreciated.
Location
8.0
The location is excellent, right near the Grand Ole Opry and within walking distance to Opry Mills. However, it can get a bit noisy during events.
Dining
6.0
Dining options were limited, and I had to walk or take a shuttle for breakfast as there was no service at the Inn. The Backstage restaurant had great food and music, which was a nice touch.
Facilities
5.0
While the indoor pool looked inviting, I was disappointed that it closed early. There were no laundry facilities available, and the paid airport shuttle was an extra cost.

5.2/10
I enjoyed my stay overall, though there were some challenges. The staff were friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out, and the proximity to Opryland attractions was a major plus. However, I experienced some issues with cleanliness and room specifics, which detracted from my experience. Still, it offered good value considering the ongoing renovations, which should improve the hotel further in the future. 🎉
Rooms
5.0
While I appreciated the cleanliness, the rooms felt a bit dated, and the bathroom was quite small. The layout included some confusing aspects with noise from outside being a distraction at times. Overall, I’d rate it a 5.
Service
8.0
The staff were consistently friendly and tried to resolve my issues, making my experience better overall. I didn't have any significant delays during check-in or check-out, so I’d give service a solid score of 8.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location is fantastic, being just half a mile from the Grand Ole Opry and near various dining options. It was convenient for my plans and easy to navigate, so I'd rate it a 9.
Dining
6.0
Dining options varied, and while I found the on-site restaurant's food to be good, I was disappointed to find no free breakfast as expected. This led me to rate the dining experience a 6.
Facilities
7.0
The amenities, including the indoor pool and fitness room, were appreciated, but I felt there could be improvements in general upkeep, especially given the renovations underway. I would give the facilities a 7.

7.0/10
I had a decent stay at The Inn at Opryland. The staff was super friendly and made the check-in process smooth, but the facilities felt quite dated and there were some quirks that made things a bit challenging. The food at the restaurant was hearty, but I had some issues with the pool setup.
Rooms
6.0
The room was clean, but pretty small with double beds instead of the queen I had requested. The design felt like it’s stuck in the '70s, which was a letdown.
Service
8.0
The staff really shined – everyone I interacted with was friendly and truly helpful, especially when we needed assistance navigating around Nashville.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location is prime, right across from the Gaylord Resort and close to Opry Mills and the Grand Ole Opry, making it easy to explore the area.
Dining
6.0
I enjoyed the food at the on-site restaurant, which had large portions and great service, but I could’ve really used a breakfast option beyond the Starbucks in the lobby.
Facilities
5.0
While the indoor pool was a nice amenity, the lack of changing facilities was a major drawback. I had to walk back to my room whenever I had to use the toilet – super inconvenient.

6.2/10
I had a mixed experience at The Inn At Opryland. While I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, my room left a lot to be desired. Issues such as noise from the nearby events and limited dining options made my stay less enjoyable. However, the indoor pool was a nice touch and the location was ideal for accessing attractions. 🌟
Rooms
5.0
My room was an interior space with no windows, which felt cramped and didn't provide any natural light. Plus, the bathroom was uncomfortably small for two people, and the furniture was showing signs of age. Furthermore, I experienced significant noise from the large group meetings happening in the hotel, making it hard to relax at times.
Service
6.0
The staff were genuinely friendly and tried their best to help me, especially during check-in. They managed to find me another room despite some communication issues. Their attempts to satisfy guests were admirable, though some coordination on their part could be improved.
Location
7.0
The location was a plus, being close to attractions like Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills made getting around easy. However, navigating the shuttle system was a bit chaotic, and signage should be clearer to avoid confusion with the larger Gaylord Opryland Hotel.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were limited, and I was surprised that they didn’t offer complimentary breakfast or even free coffee. Having to pay $3 for a cup of coffee felt excessive, and the options at the café could be improved significantly.
Facilities
6.0
I enjoyed the indoor pool, which was a fun spot despite its central location being slightly awkward. However, the limited hours made it less accessible for adults looking for a swim during peak hours. The gym was a nice addition, though I wished for more amenities.
